The Global Account & Services Jr. is responsible for managing client requests within the Fund Partners organization globally, ensuring they are handled efficiently and completed on time. The role ensures that services are delivered reliably and in accordance with agreed service levels and business objectives.

It supports the global Key Account Managers with their daily activities, he/she acts as key interface between business stakeholders, operations, external service providers and senior management.

The position requires strong stakeholders management, operational leadership, problem solving and a sound understanding of financial services and fund platform business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on fund requests.
• Provide operational support to Fund Partners.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor pending requests and maintain clear status updates.
• Escalate delays, incidents and service-related issues.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives focused on enhancing service quality and the asset manager experience.
