The Detail Page is where Amazon customers decide what to buy. Every day, hundreds of millions of shoppers land on a product page to discover, evaluate and compare products and offers on mobile, desktop and app, and this surface drives the majority of purchase decisions on Amazon. The Detail Page team builds that experience, along with the platform that lets hundreds of partner teams across Amazon ship features to the page safely and quickly.
We are reinventing how the page is built, moving to a modern federated architecture and making AI agents a first-class part of how we design, test and ship software. As an SDE II, you will own the design and delivery of significant features and services on one of Amazon's highest-traffic pages, where every millisecond of latency and every point of availability matters to customers. You will work on real distributed-systems problems at a scale few places can offer, see your code reach customers worldwide within days, and help shape the technical direction of a page that nearly every Amazon shopper sees.
If you love building for customers at massive scale and want your work to matter on day one, we would love to hear from you.
