Are you an innovative leader who wants to drive the deployment of intelligent automation into Amazon's world-class fulfillment network? Do you want to take ownership of scaling Physical AI, computer vision, agentic AI, and cognitive twin solutions across hundreds of sites? Does the challenge of taking innovative AI applications from proof of concept to production — validating entitlements, building deployment playbooks, and delivering measurable operational impact — appeal to you?
If you thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and bring strong technical problem-solving and program management skills, this role is for you. Amazon is searching for an innovative and solutions-oriented Sr. Technical Program Manager to join our Automation Delivery team and lead the cross-functional deployment of warehouse intelligence solutions across multiple building types. This role focuses on the Technical Program Management of Physical AI platforms (edge compute, computer vision, real-time analytics), agentic AI tools, and cognitive twin technologies — taking them from pilot validation through network-scale rollout.
In this role, you will define ambiguous problem statements alongside internal customers, influence the AI deployment strategy across GES NA, develop stage-gate frameworks (POC → Alpha → Beta → GA) for emerging technologies, build multi-year deployment roadmaps and budgets, drive program schedules from pilot through general availability, and manage multiple large, high-visibility programs simultaneously through the full deployment lifecycle.
This person will possess a strong technical program management background with demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-site deployment programs. You must have a well-rounded understanding of AI/ML systems, edge computing architectures, computer vision pipelines, or data-driven operational intelligence.
