Senior Program Manager, Technology Supply Chain Organization Program Enablement

Nashville, TN In person Full-time

Amazon's Technology Supply Chain is scaling, and the hardest part of that growth is getting an entire organization to change how it works. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to own the change management discipline across Technology Supply Chain and make new ways of working the way the organization operates by default. You will design adoption approaches grounded in established change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR and Kotter's 8-Step, build the communications that move behavior, and decide what to do when adoption stalls.

You are comfortable in ambiguity and able to influence leaders and teams you do not manage. Success in this role is adoption: the standards you introduce become how teams actually operate. You will start with changes already in flight and build a discipline that applies to whichever change the organization adopts next. Over time the role grows. You will deepen expertise in change management and AI-assisted operations, and your scope will widen from driving individual changes to shaping how the whole organization absorbs change.

Key job responsibilities - Own the change management discipline across Technology Supply Chain, partnering with leadership to shape the change strategy and owning its execution. Apply stakeholder analysis, readiness assessment, and resistance management to determine goals and design adoption approaches in ambiguous situations where the problem is not yet fully defined. - Build adoption frameworks, playbooks, communications, and enablement materials that take each new way of working from something that exists to something the organization does by default, drawing on established change frameworks such as Prosci/ADKAR and Kotter. - Partner with reporting, governance, and tooling teams to drive adoption of shared ways of working across all customer groups, influencing leaders and teams you do not directly manage to align on how the organization operates. - Establish adoption measurement and reporting so progress and risk are visible before a change fails, own the judgment on how to respond when adoption stalls, and build the documentation and processes that make new ways of working durable beyond any single individual.

A day in the life You spend your day building the organization's capacity to change. You partner with leadership to shape the change strategy, then own how it comes to life: assessing why change stalls and fixing it at the root rather than rescuing one rollout at a time. You coach leaders to be effective sponsors of the changes they own, because that is where change succeeds or fails. You sequence a portfolio of concurrent changes so the organization adopts them without saturating, and build the methodology and standards that let every team run change well.

You work across every Technology Supply Chain group and influence leaders you do not manage. Your real product is not any single rollout. It is an organization that can change without breaking. About the team Technology Supply Chain delivers the full lifecycle of technology fulfillment for Amazon, sourcing, delivering, and deploying the hardware, infrastructure, and equipment that Amazon's Worldwide Stores operations and AWS data centers run on.
