Key job responsibilities As an experienced technology professional, you will be responsible for:
- Designing scalable, secure AWS solutions for Strategic Accounts - Software and High Technology Customers, accounting for Agentic Solutions, Data context, migrations and modernization.

- Advising customers on emerging technologies: Agentic use cases, High Performance Compute and resilient architectures
- Sharing knowledge through mentoring, training, and reusable artifacts that capture the regulatory and business patterns unique to this vertical A day in the life As a PCA in the Strategic Accounts - Software and High Technology vertical, no two days look the same, but your time centers on customers, partners, and solving real problems:

- Partnering closely with ProServe Account Executives (PAEs) to align on opportunity strategy, develop statements of work, and drive deals through the pipeline
- Deep diving into customer environments to assess level of effort for workload migration or modernization initiatives, define solution architectures, and build business cases that articulate the ProServe value proposition
- Delivering opportunity scoping and solution design focused entirely around the customer, solving their specific problems rather than selling generic services
