We are looking for an exceptionally organized, self-motivated Program Manager to serve as a force multiplier for the Selling Partner Experience Core Services (SPECS) organization, part of Customer Selling Partner Experience (CSPE). This role blends strategic program management with site operations leadership and community engagement, offering significant ownership, autonomy, and organizational impact. You will run cross-functional initiatives, turn strategic direction into executable plans, and drive the operational rhythms that keep our organization aligned, moving fast, and having fun. As the primary point of contact for Phoenix site activities across the VP-level CSPE organization, you will also lead community engagement efforts including volunteer programs and local partnerships. Day to day, you will apply project management best practices to make your team and process area more efficient. This means defining clear milestones and launch schedules, assigning individual responsibilities, resolving blockers, and facilitating delivery. You will transform raw ideas into clear documentation and requirements, and ensure every project has well-defined measures of success. A key focus of this role is keeping leadership and the broader team organized, informed, and on task. Calendar management and scheduling at a high level will require extremely high standards, attention to detail, and superb organizational skills. You should be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and managing last-minute escalations with grace. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a positive attitude who is passionate about employee experience, community involvement, and making the people around them more effective. Here is what a typical week might look like. Your mornings often start by reviewing action items from recent Weekly or Monthly Business Reviews, following up with engineering leads, product managers, and operations partners across the SPECS organization to keep commitments on track. You may spend part of your morning preparing a pre-read document for an upcoming leadership review or drafting a monthly flash update that distills complex program status into clear, actionable takeaways for VP-level stakeholders within CSPE. Midday, you might shift to site operations: connecting with facilities and IT on a space-planning request for the growing Phoenix site, coordinating logistics for an upcoming all-hands meeting, or reviewing proposals for a new training program. You are the go-to person when anyone in the PHX office needs to know who to call, what is happening on-site, or how to get something done. In the afternoon, you could be working with local universities like ASU or UofA to finalize details for a career fair, aligning with community partners on a volunteer event, or planning the next employee recognition activity. You balance these external-facing efforts with internal collaboration, partnering with Executive Assistants across Amazon Payments to coordinate leadership calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts.
