This role will play a crucial part of the UNITE team. UNITE is our business-led, tech-enabled transformation, and a key priority for the Group. UNITE is about delivering 'one best way' to make our processes, systems and tech simpler so we can deliver a better experience for our customers and make things easier for our people.

Location: Sydney based roleonly

On-site Requirement: 3 days in the office per week

Why On-site? This is a highly collaborative position involving regular face-to-face workshops and close team interaction, making in-office presence essential.

What’s the role?

As a Delivery Enablement Lead, you will lead integrated delivery planning across a key stream within the UNITE transformation program, ensuring priorities, outcomes and delivery activities remain aligned to program objectives. You’ll orchestrate quarterly planning, establish clear planning rhythms, and support teams with prioritisation and sequencing.

Additionally, you’ll work closely with migration teams, delivery leaders and key stakeholders to manage dependencies, identify risks and provide clear reporting and escalation. You’ll embed consistent ways of working and tooling standards across Planview, Jira and Confluence, while improving delivery maturity and performance reporting.

You will coach teams to adopt an agile mindset and continuous improvement approach, provide forward-looking insights on delivery readiness, and ensure workstreams deliver against the integrated plan. You’ll help create consistency, transparency and alignment across teams to support successful migration outcomes.

What do I need?

Proven experience in Program or Project Management within large, complex transformation programs, ideally in banking or financial services.

Strong experience in integrated planning, including roadmaps, prioritisation, sequencing and coordinating multiple workstreams.

Strong ability to work across cross-functional teams and keep teams aligned to common delivery outcomes.

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including working with senior leaders and delivery teams.

Experience managing program risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation plans in complex environments.

Proficiency with Jira and Confluence and other project delivery and collaboration tools.

Strong executive communication and reporting skills, including governance updates, performance reporting and senior stakeholder presentations.
