As an Advanced Associate Engineer in Equipment Production, you are responsible for performing all testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.
- Assemble and test mechatronics assemblies based on standard work instructions and test procedures
- Gather measurement data independently and conduct self-verification
- Perform complex troubleshooting, debug and repair and recommend interventions to the Production Engineers
- Support continuous improvement Initiatives towards production quality / productivity improvements
- Guide team members on initiative or line activities based on supervisor’s assignment
- Assist in determining and developing work instructions on new assignments
- Support training to all Product Lines based on supervisor’s assignment
- Conduct performance testing independently
- Assist engineers in developing new measurement sets
- Provide on-the-job coaching to team members on simple or semi complex standard workflows
