Trainer

Location: NL-Sevenum, Netherlands (Maarten de Vriesstraat)

Position

• WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Assist the Training department and supervisors (SVs) with the onboarding of new hires
• Conduct and document training of employees and support them after completion
• Coach employees to improve performance as per assignment
• Inform SVs about training progress
• Perform spotlight training and support SVs with quality alerts
• Propose improvements of training contents and materials
• Perform (and document) random checks, as assigned
• Perform operational work if not training
• WHO ARE YOU?
• A person with proven process knowledge and matter expertise in training and who is committed to continuous development thereof
• You can assess, train, and coach employees and advise pace of training
• You are a person who is willing to learn new subject areas as necessary
• You have English verbal and written communication skills
• You have demonstrated attention to detail and task orientation, as well as a good overview of related processes
• WHAT DO WE OFFER?
• Train-the-Trainer certification course (which has to be successfully completed)
