- JV company locates in Xinjian Town of Yixing City and belongs to the Oil-free Air division.
- The position reports to General Manager of JV company.
- Your mission is to improve the supply chain of JV company and take the lead for supplier and parts qualification according to QEHS system
- You need to define key commodity strategy and implement it to get supply chain optimized continuously
- You will work on supplier performance of quality, delivery and cost
- You are a good negotiator to achieve win-win situations with our partnership suppliers
- You need to keep good communication with other relative companies
- You believe in “Quality first and Safety always” and commit continuously improvement
Experience requirements
- Traced work record in mechanical or electrical industry
- Solid background in production, quality and sourcing functions
- Above 3 years relative experience
Education/knowledge requirements
- Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical or Electrical
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Good MS skills and data analysis knowledge
- Personality requirements
- Good teamwork, open and hardworking
- Good communication and negotiation skills
