This opportunity will see you lead communications for a major enterprise-wide cultural program, partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to deliver engaging, meaningful communications that drive awareness, engagement and cultural outcomes. - Develop and execute communication strategies and plans that support key enterprise initiatives, including a major organisation-wide cultural program.
- Create engaging content across multiple channels, including email, Viva Engage, leader toolkits, presentations and enterprise communications.
- Partner with senior leaders and project teams to provide strategic communications advice, stakeholder engagement support and change communications guidance.
- Build trusted relationships across the business, ensuring communications are aligned, consistent and tailored to diverse audience needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality communications that support successful program outcomes and employee engagement.
About you
You're a confident and adaptable communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment. You enjoy building strong relationships, influencing stakeholders at all levels and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. With a collaborative approach and a strong focus on outcomes, you're comfortable navigating competing priorities while delivering high-quality communications that engage diverse audiences across a large organisation.
You'll also need
- Proven experience in internal or corporate communications, ideally within a large, complex and highly regulated organisation.
- Experience developing, delivering and evaluating communication plans for large-scale enterprise initiatives, culture programs or change projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to advise senior leaders and build credibility across diverse business groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating content across a range of channels including digital, leadership and employee communications.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related discipline, coupled with strong project management and delivery capabilities.
Preferred
Experience supporting geographically dispersed or frontline workforces within industries such as logistics, retail, operations or other large-scale service environments.
Knowledge of change, culture or employee engagement communications and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities effectively.

We welcome people all ages, genders and backgrounds – including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disability, LGBTQIA+ communities, and refugees. We’re a Disability Confident Recruiter, committed to making our hiring process and workplace inclusive and barrier-free. We’re also working hard to remove bias and build a gender-equitable experience for everyone who joins us.
