Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for
You're a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working with people just as much as working with numbers. You can look beyond the financial result to understand what's driving it, ask the right questions and translate complex information into practical insights for non-finance stakeholders.
You’ll also bring
- A tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline, together with a CA, CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in finance business partnering, ideally within a complex or multi-site organisation.
- Strong capability across budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and management reporting.
- Experience partnering with operational or corporate stakeholders and using financial insights to support decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify performance drivers and communicate their implications clearly.
- Sound knowledge of financial controls, governance and compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting or mentoring team members and contributing to their capability development.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, paired with a proactive and collaborative working style.
