With significant autonomy across your portfolio, you'll strengthen governance and financial controls while championing opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate how Finance works.
Key responsibilities
Act as the primary finance partner to Executives and senior leaders, providing strategic financial insight, advice and evidence-based recommendations to support decision-making, planning and effective resource allocation.
Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting and planning across the portfolio, ensuring financial targets and assumptions align with operational priorities and business drivers.
Translate financial and operational performance into clear, forward-looking insights, identifying risks, opportunities and actions that improve cost efficiency, productivity and value for money.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Finance Business Partners and Management Accountants, building capability across business partnering, commercial acumen, analytics and communication.
Own and embed financial governance across the portfolio, maintaining strong controls, financial integrity and compliance with policies, standards and delegated authorities, while strengthening financial accountability across the business.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, represent Finance in key forums and contribute financial expertise to transformation programs and organisational change.
Champion continuous improvement across financial processes, systems and reporting through simplification, standardisation and automation.
