Provide business-critical in-house IT support to end-users in our car production centers

Perform onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers

Handle hardware and software configurations across multiple platforms

Duly document all incidents and requests and manage a key ticketing system

Work with your colleagues on the development of the Corporate IT infrastructure

Act as the on-site IT contact at our production centers (Ketzin/Hemau), helping local teams stay productive and ensuring reliable day-to-day IT support

Train and guide colleagues on IT systems, tools, and best practices

Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and infrastructure at our production centers

Identify and implement improvements to IT processes, working with local teams and Corporate IT to support the wider organization

Juniors and mid-level are welcome to apply

Experience with Apple devices and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.

Familiarity with cloud tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other SaaS platforms.

Being service oriented and a team player

You are self-reliant and operate with confidence and thrive when working independently. You maintain the overview and high standards even in fast-paced environments.

Proficiency in English and German

German drivers license
