Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, People Operations, the People Operations Coordinator will provide hands-on support to our Recruitment and People/HR functions as the team continues to grow. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the People team: you'll help keep hiring and the employee experience running smoothly, and gain a front-row view of how a growing company brings people in and supports them. You'll contribute to the success of recruiting and employee programs by executing the day-to-day tasks with accuracy and consistency.
This is a great fit for someone who is highly organized, reliable, and detail-focused, takes direction well, and wants to build a foundation across both the recruiting and HR sides of a People function.
