As Site Labour Relations Manager, you will connect field leadership, craft employees, and union partners to resolve issues early and support effective project delivery. Bring a visible site presence, sound judgement, and a practical approach to a role where safety, honest communication, and collaboration guide how you work.

Please note the following

• Location: Regina, Saskatchewan
• Shift/Schedule: 10 days on / 4 days off (non-local) or 5x2 schedule (local)
• This position reports to the Senior Director, Workforce Strategy and Labour Relations and operationally to the Project Construction Manager.
