What You'll Do

  • Enterprise Services (ES) was established in 2022 to provide efficient, resilient, and scalable
  • services to support the evolving needs and complexities of a more digital BCG. ES brings
  • together business-critical operations - such as Procurement & Payables, Global Finance
  • Operations, and Executive Support Services - alongside specialist expertise including Real Estate,
  • Travel, and Meetings & Events. United by a common service mindset, ES enables every BCGer
  • to focus on the work that matters most by giving time and energy back through streamlined,
  • reliable service delivery. In doing so, ES creates cost advantage and strengthens BCG’s market
  • differentiation, while reducing risk through consistent controls and business continuity. Through
  • scalable platforms and globally integrated ways of working across our strategic core global hubs,
  • Enterprise Services enhances agility and helps unlock the potential of those who advance the
  • world.
  • As the operational lead for MyMetrics, BCG’s centralized executive reporting portal, you will
  • oversee the day-to-day activities that keep the platform reliable, well governed, and responsive to
  • the needs of its global users. You will manage the processes, priorities, and resources behind the
  • portal, ensuring content and user requests move efficiently from intake through resolution.
  • You will work closely with the MyMetrics product leadership team, bringing an operational
  • perspective that helps shape priorities and informs the product roadmap. While product strategy
  • and roadmap ownership sit with senior product leadership, your understanding of how MyMetrics
  • performs day to day will make you an important voice in its continued development. This role also
  • provides an opportunity to deepen your product management capabilities and grow your scope
  • over time.
  • Lead day-to-day operations for MyMetrics, maintaining a reliable and well-managed

experience for users and content owners globally.

  • Build, manage, and continuously improve processes for onboarding, updating,

governing, and retiring reporting content and managing user access.

  • Oversee incoming ServiceNow requests, establish priorities, direct work to the

appropriate teams, and ensure issues progress to timely resolution.

  • Guide and develop junior team members responsible for operational execution, while

remaining hands-on when additional support is needed.

  • Partner with data architecture and technology teams to ensure security and governance

requirements are consistently and effectively applied across MyMetrics.

  • Monitor operational needs, identify risks and recurring issues, and develop practical

improvements that strengthen the portal and its supporting processes.

  • Bring insights from day-to-day operations, users, and content owners to product

leadership, helping inform priorities and the evolving MyMetrics roadmap.

  • Coordinate across a globally distributed network of product owners, account managers,

business partners, and delivery teams to maintain clear ownership, expectations, and service.

What You'll Bring

  • 10–12 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, reporting, technology

operations, or related fields.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or

a similar field.

  • Experience managing an enterprise reporting or analytics platform, or comparable

technology operations and processes.

  • Strong understanding of data governance, user entitlements, personas, access controls,

and data security concepts.

  • Demonstrated ability to structure complex operational processes, manage competing

priorities, and guide teams toward high-quality outcomes.

  • Exposure to ServiceNow, Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, or workflow automation and

generative AI tools is beneficial.

  • Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to validate usage, access, and other

operational data.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams.

Who You'll Work With

  • You’ll be a key member of the Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) Product Portfolio,
  • working within its AI & Automation and Enablement team. You’ll collaborate closely with BI&A
  • product leadership and colleagues across product, delivery, data architecture, and technology
  • teams to support the effective operation and continued development of MyMetrics.
  • You’ll also work with a globally distributed community of product owners, account managers,
  • and business partners whose reporting content is delivered through MyMetrics. With colleagues
  • and partners across locations including Delhi, London, Lisbon, and Boston, you’ll build strong
  • working relationships across teams and time zones to keep the portal operating effectively and
  • responsive to BCG’s evolving reporting needs.
