Job Description

This role is responsible for a key workstream within the TTAI team. You will lead a key workstream which may include people topics, delivery methodologies and/or artifact creation to support change and engagement efforts across technology. You will drive communications, embed change and align cross-functional initiatives, with a focus on the workforce and what it takes for people to adapt and thrive. The Staff Project Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the strategic transformation agenda of the Technology Transformation, Analytics & Insights team (TTAI).

The role requires a strong blend of critical thinking, change leadership, design thinking, communication & engagement and delivery execution.

This role is a one year in length, covering parental leave.
