Position Overview

Cambridge Associates is seeking a proactive, consultative Recruiter to support US hiring across Shared Services and Investment Operations functions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and Human Capital colleagues to deliver high-quality, inclusive recruiting processes for a range of technical, operational, and business-critical positions.

The successful candidate will bring demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience, including exposure to IT and Investment Operations talent markets. They will be comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously, advising stakeholders on talent strategy, and delivering a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
