Help shape safer decisions and drive a proactive risk culture across a nationally important military training programme.
Play a vital role in safeguarding the British Army鈥檚 collective training environment. As a Safety Risk Analyst, you'll be at the heart of identifying, assessing and managing training-related safety risks, ensuring leaders and stakeholders have the insight they need to make informed, risk-based decisions. Working across a diverse network of collective training establishments, you'll use centralised risk management systems to monitor emerging risks, maintain accurate and meaningful risk data, and drive continuous improvements in safety culture.
Building trusted relationships, influencing key stakeholders and supporting safer training outcomes, you'll help ensure that risk management is embedded in everything we do.
