Manager, Regional Security Operations EMEA. Analyse service, inventory, purchasing and facilities data across EMEA to identify theft, fraud, process abuse and unexplained loss, and maintain repeatable exception reviews across service records, parts movements, inventory adjustments and third-party spend. Quantify loss by reconciling recorded cost to actual cost on high-risk items, and prioritise findings by value and risk rather than by system default.
Prepare clear, evidence-based reports for Loss Prevention and business partners, setting out the site, the parties or vendors involved, the items, the value, the supporting evidence and a recommended course of action. Support live investigations with timelines, documentary evidence and written conclusions. Decisions on interviews, employee action and any referral to Human Resources, Legal or Employee Relations remain with those functions.
Develop working fluency in the service, inventory, purchasing and facilities systems used by the business, and document that knowledge so colleagues can retrieve and interpret records without delay. Partner with Service, Parts, Facilities, Procurement, Finance, Audit, Legal and Employee Relations to identify control gaps early, and provide leadership with clear metrics on loss identified and action taken. Use automation and artificial intelligence to accelerate first-pass analysis, while retaining accountability for the accuracy and judgement of every finding issued.
Demonstrated ability to turn complex operational data into a clear, sourced finding, including a quantified loss and a recommended next step. Strong working command of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build repeatable reviews, reconcile figures and maintain management reporting independently. Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to prepare concise reports for investigators and senior operational leaders.
Proven ability to learn new enterprise systems quickly and to work in them independently. Willingness to be based on site at Tesla's Milton Keynes facility and to travel to other EMEA locations as required. A high standard of discretion and professional integrity when handling matters involving employee conduct and commercially sensitive information. Sound judgement, including the ability to distinguish a conduct matter from a process weakness and to escalate it to the appropriate function.
