Data Analyst

• We are now recruiting for a Data Analyst to join the Capita HAAS (Health Assessment Advisory Service) contract.
• The successful candidate will collect, organise and evaluate data from across the business to make informed decisions and improve business insight within the HAAS 2029 Pilot team.
• This is a permanent home based role.

What you'll be doing

• Development and continuous evolution of dashboards and performance reporting frameworks, ensuring delivery of clear, insight-led visibility of departmental performance against strategic objectives.
• Deliver intuitive, user-centric dashboards that provide actionable insight and highlight opportunities for performance improvement
• Ensure solutions are accessible and impactful for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain robust reporting governance, ensuring all processes, methodologies and outputs are fully documented, standardised and aligned to best practice.
• Support the integration and collation of data inputs from multiple business areas, ensuring consistency, integrity and alignment across the end-to-end reporting landscape.
• Support the development and adoption of Power BI solutions, embedding best practice in data visualisation, modelling and insight delivery across the organisation.
• Leverage Power Automate and associated technologies to drive automation, efficiency and standardisation of reporting and business processes.
