Sales Support Resident - Querétaro

Responsibilities

During this program, you will

Generate quotes for new licenses and renewals

Provide customer support to internal clients

Manage invoicing and purchase orders follow up

Follow up collection

Learn the usage of the company´s CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

Update the company CRM with sales opportunities, new accounts, licenses transfers and contact information

Participate in daily meetings with the Operations team

Support other departments in their activities

Carry out other related tasks

Candidate must be a recent graduate of a bachelor´s degree in administration, accounting, international business or similar field

Demonstrate analytical, organization and attention to detail skills

Candidate must be familiar with Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)

Possess great customer service skills

The candidate must be able to engage in English-based conversations without difficulty
