Your Role

• As Continuous Improvement Manager, you'll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. Your scope includes:
• Coach teams on the effective use of Lean manufacturing tools.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the paper mill and converting plant.
• Conduct quarterly loss analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Align action plans with the most impactful cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide guidance on the daily use of PerformEx principles and tools.
• Analyze operational data to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate structured problem solving using the DMAIC methodology.
• Lead cost reduction projects using Lean and Six Sigma tools.

What you bring

• You're a natural fit for Continuous Improvement Manager if you have:
• Engineering background with a strong understanding of operations and Lean principles.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI or SAP is an asset.
• Ability to coach teams and support organizational change.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional leadership teams.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an asset.
