Your Role

As HR Technician, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.

Your scope includes

• Manage hourly recruiting activities and candidate communications
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Support onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation
• Maintain accurate HR records and compliance documents
• Track employee training and support related administration
• Respond to employee HR questions and provide day-to-day support

What you bring

• You're a natural fit for HR Technician if you have:
• Administrative or clerical experience
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Professionalism, organization, and adaptability
• Recruiting or HR experience is an asset
• Associate degree in HR, Business, or a related field is an asset
