Senior Commercial & Transaction Advisory Professionals Landmark Queensland Residential Development Program Manager to Director level Opportunities Permanent & Contract Roles One of Queensland's most significant residential development programs is underway and we are seeking experienced commercial, transaction and contract advisory professionals to join a major client-side team delivering a landmark residential precinct program.
The roles will suit professionals who have worked on large-scale residential, high-rise, master planned community and precinct developments. The Opportunity Working within an embedded client-side advisory team, you will help drive the commercial, contractual and delivery outcomes of a complex multi-stage residential development program. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, developers, delivery partners and government agencies, providing advice across development agreements, commercial negotiations, procurement and contract administration activities.
Key Responsibilities Provide commercial, transaction and contract advisory support across major residential and precinct developments. Support the negotiation and administration of development agreements, project delivery agreements and other complex commercial arrangements. Manage commercial risks, budgets, variations and project reporting. Support procurement processes, tender evaluations and contract negotiations. Prepare strategic advice and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Contribute to the successful delivery of multiple concurrent development workstreams. About You You may come from a background in quantity surveying, construction management, engineering, commerce, law or a related discipline and have experience working on major residential, mixed-use, high-rise or precinct development projects. You will bring: Tertiary qualifications in quantity surveying, engineering, construction management, commerce, law, or related discipline.
Experienced working on major residential, mixed-use, high-rise or precinct development projects. Experience in transaction management, commercial management, contract administration or advisory services. Strong experience working with development agreements, delivery agreements, PPP structures or other complex commercial frameworks supporting major residential developments. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, assess and manage project risk.
