Responsibilities

• You will join us at SSC Organization in Supply Chain IT and work on design and development of the next gen capabilities to drive our transformation.
• You will be working on design and development of the next gen capabilities to drive our transformation.
• You will develop and deliver new high quality capabilities using Artificial Intelligence tools and capabilities as you work with a team of dedicated engineers and interact with business partners.
• You’ll work as a member of a scrum team across the entire software development lifecycle, build high performance, horizontally scalable, low latency service using the latest technologies and handle information at scale.
• Collaborate with other Engineers, Subject Matter Experts, and Architects to build applications and technical systems in alignment with the architectural vision.
• Design, develop, and optimize in-app and role-based AI Agents with secure, scalable semantic layers, multi-agent protocols, and agent training features.
• Lead implementation of agentic frameworks (langraph, langchain, LLMs) to enable robust Ask/Respond capabilities using enterprise data sources.
• Build and maintain advanced Natural Language Interaction (NLI) & Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems tailored for enterprise data.
• Engineer prompt handling and intent recognition for LLMs, exposing capabilities via APIs for enterprise-scale use cases.
• Architect and implement multi-agent protocols and integration, including communication standards (FIPA ACL, MCP, A2A) and message/transport formats.
• Identify, prioritize, suggest improvements and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
• You will develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code utilising AI capabilities and tools.
• Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
• Be hands-on, develop, Validate, test, review, debug code & fix the vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products
• Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies
• You'll work with high performance teams of engineers architects, developers and Business to deliver high quality code with cutting edge technologies.

Minimum Requirements

You are a dynamic engineer who has passion for technology and have most of the skills below

Problem solving instincts / abilities and Passion for technology and building software applications

Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and experience in implementing AI techniques in practical applications, as well as a proficiency in security

Programming & Backend: Python, FastAPI, Flask, REST APIs, Pydantic, Bash, Pytest

Cloud & Distributed Systems: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, API Design, CI/CD

Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Vector Databases

AI & GenAI: LLMs, RAG, LangChain, Qdrant, Embeddings, Prompt Engineering, LLM Evaluation

Proficiency in MEAN stack, API management and application integration.

Good understanding of Agile and DevSecOps practices and toolsets.

Positive and self-starter attitude, with a strong communication and time management skillset.

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Tech subjects or equivalent with 3 Years of related experience.

Proficient in general purpose programming languages, development technologies (GIT, JIRA). and database technologies

Works independently but seeks guidance when needed and determines the best approach to accomplish work.
