About the Role

The Production Management organization provides business critical application management and support for our Services, Markets, Banking, USCC, Wealth and Functions clients globally.

Join our Stability Governance team as a Lead Analyst (VP), a key role within the broader horizontal Optimization and Enablement function dedicated to strengthening our entire Production Management landscape. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to actively contribute to and drive critical stability governance initiatives and frameworks. As Production Management evolves its operating model through AI capabilities and intelligent automation, this role plays an important part in that transformation.

We are seeking a proactive individual with a solid understanding of Production Management, Risk Management, and Data Analysis, eager to apply their expertise within the complex and highly regulated environment of the banking sector. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring the resilience and optimal performance of our vital systems.

Responsibilities

Generate, own, and present comprehensive monthly stability metrics and reports for diverse business units, leveraging data analysis and visualization to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for Production Management stakeholders.

Establish, monitor, and continuously refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for application stability, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk appetite and business objectives.

Actively leverage artificial intelligence and automation tools to reduce manual toil, streamline reporting workflows, and enhance the efficiency of stability governance operations.

Identify, implement, and champion stability best practices and engineering standards to drive continuous service improvement across the technology landscape.

Conduct in-depth thematic analysis of stability data, identifying key trends, systemic patterns, and providing well-evidenced, actionable recommendations for preventative and corrective measures.

Support and contribute to the Focus and Intensive Care application improvement programs, working alongside senior application owners to help develop and track remediation plans for high-risk systems.

Participate in the review and attestation processes for critical stability artifacts (e.g., Priority Matrices, Change Risk Index, Market Event Management), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Lead initiatives focused on improving data quality, streamlining reporting processes, and proactively driving continuous improvement activities that enhance stability governance products and frameworks.

Contribute to and help manage high-priority initiatives, coordinating across teams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery. Manage ad-hoc requests and project contributions as required.

Participate actively in advancing the Production Management strategy, contributing ideas and analysis to support the function's ongoing transformation.

Required Skills

6-10 years of experience in IT governance, production support, data analysis, or risk management within the banking or financial services industry.

Prior exposure to ITIL practices, production management frameworks, or SRE principles is beneficial.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively, lead workstreams, and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders through clear and compelling communication — both written and verbal. Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization on a regular basis.

Strong analytical acumen and structured problem-solving capabilities to identify complex issues, derive insights from multi-source data, and formulate effective, evidence-based solutions.

Strong proficiency in data transformation, statistical analysis, and the ability to work with large, complex, and sometimes unstructured datasets. Ability to translate raw data into actionable business intelligence. Foundational knowledge of data science principles is a plus.

Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of accuracy across all deliverables, particularly in executive-facing reports and governance documentation.

Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, manage ambiguity, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment aligned to real-time operational needs.

Proactive mindset with a drive to identify inefficiencies and champion process enhancements that improve governance quality and team productivity.

Demonstrated interest in and growing experience with AI, ML, or automation tools to enhance operational monitoring, reduce toil, or surface predictive insights in a production or technology environment.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and executive communication.
