As Commercial Excellence Professional (m/f/d) you will play a key role in driving best-in-class customer satisfaction by delivering fast, data-driven insights and continuously improving customer and operational processes. You will leverage AI, advanced analytics, automation, and next-generation digital tools to develop smarter and more predictive solutions, while building strong customer relationships and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

We are currently seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team on a temporary basis for 2 years. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment while contributing to meaningful projects.

The position will be based in our EMEA Headquarter location in Hanover, Germany.

What you will do

• As Commercial Excellence Professional (m/f/d), your responsibilities will include:
• Drive the adoption of AI, automation, advanced analytics, and next-generation digital solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
• Support customer projects and service improvements through a centralized approach, standardizing and optimizing core processes and leveraging benchmarking activities
• Coordinate customer-related supply chain requirements, including Claims KPIs
• Ensure achievement of defined customer and operational KPIs, including on-time quantity fill and claim management
• Drive and support customer satisfaction and claim management through close collaboration and proactive communication with customers
• Centralize and enhance reporting, increasing the use of AI and state-of-the-art digital tools
• Prepare import and export declarations, including declarations for other Clarios branches, as well as relevant export documentation
• Develop, monitor, and continuously improve KPIs to ensuredelivery performance towards customers
• Identify and support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
• Challenge existing ways of working and act as a catalyst for change, helping embed a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

What makes you a good fit

• Completed apprenticeship/ secondary education or degree in logistics, sales or administration
• Min. 3 years of working experience in a sales, production or logistics environment
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Good working proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
• Good knowledge of Power BI, AI, SAP ECC/HANA and BW
• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
