ABOUT THE ROLE As Technical Operations Lead, you will connect people, processes, and technology across a growing AI/ML company. Working closely with company leadership, you will turn priorities into practical systems and workflows, helping teams work effectively as the business scales. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Partner with leadership on operational priorities, including hiring, communications, and internal planning. - Build and maintain internal tools that track key metrics and improve operational visibility. - Coordinate across teams to identify bottlenecks and help resolve them. - Review existing workflows and implement practical improvements using technical and analytical approaches. - Use AI tools to improve team productivity and effectiveness.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 2 years of experience in a high-growth startup environment, with relevant experience in technical operations. - Experience building and maintaining internal tools or systems, and using them to define or monitor key metrics. - A track record of taking ownership of high-priority operational work, such as hiring, communications, or internal planning. - Experience coordinating across teams and projects to identify and mitigate bottlenecks. - Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in experimenting with new technologies. - Strong judgment, analytical skills, and the ability to challenge existing processes constructively. - Knowledge of Swiss legal frameworks or experience in recruiting, communications, or related operations is a plus.
