Senior IBM i / AS400 RPG Architect - Hybrid Important Disclaimers: **Please note: A few of our roles may require in-person interviews at Cognizant offices or client locations, depending on project or client needs.** In this role, you will: Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions using AS/400 Utilities and RPG to meet business requirements. Oversee the development and maintenance of applications using AS400/COBOL and CLP to ensure optimal performance.

Perform various analytical, technical, and administrative activities in the development, implementation, and support of in-house and vendor-developed software IIdentify, analyze, and document business needs and system requirements by conferring with staff or users. Develop, modify, maintain, test, and install applications to meet business requirements. Code and debug programs in accordance with systems design and technical specifications.

Perform ongoing systems maintenance of custom applications to ensure proper application operation, functional efficiency, and effectiveness Having a strong Accounting/Finance background and experience supporting complex applications in the commercial Real Estate industry are a plus. IFS Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 10/28/2026. The annual salary for this position is up to $140k depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
