Cognizant CXCRM GCC Recruitment Experience - 6 to 12 yrs Work Location - Bangalore Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days Skills Required - SF Ncino BA + Banking domain Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce nCino Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 5+ years of experience in Banking/Financial Services. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce, nCino, Business Analysis, and Stakeholder Management.

The role involves working closely with business and technology teams to deliver scalable lending solutions on the Salesforce/nCino platform. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define solution requirements. Drive end-to-end requirement management, user story creation, and process mapping. Translate business needs into Salesforce and nCino-based solutions.

Support Commercial Lending and Loan Origination process transformation initiatives. Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement prioritization. Coordinate and support SIT/UAT testing, defect management, and business sign-offs. Ensure alignment of solutions with banking regulations, operational needs, and best practices. Required Skills: 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in Banking/Financial Services. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and nCino platforms.

Strong knowledge of Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Credit Assessment, and Lending Operations. Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. Expertise in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, user stories, and stakeholder management. Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and related integrations. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Banking domain experience is mandatory.
