Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Model N
• Medicaid Rebates solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops with business
• stakeholders to understand Medicaid claim processing, dispute management,
• pricing, data and compliance requirements.

Configure and support Model N Medicaid modules, including

Medicaid Rebate Processing

Programs and Data Migration

Dispute Resolution

• Medicaid Master and Claim Data and reporting
• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional and
• technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business users, architects, developers,
• testers, and Model N product teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Support data migration, integrations.
• Conduct solution design reviews and provide recommendations
• aligned with pharmaceutical industry best practices.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment activities, and post-production
• hypercare.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolution with
• cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid regulations and government
• pricing requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Model N Revenue Management for Life
• Sciences (Medicaid).
• Experience with Model N configuration, workflows, and business
• rules.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience working with integrations involving SAP, CRM, ERP,
• Data Warehouse, or other enterprise systems.
• Ability to analyze complex data and troubleshoot transactional
• issues.
• Experience preparing functional specifications, user stories,
• and solution design documents.
