- Role: Commercial Model N Techno-Functional SME

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Model N
- Commercial Contract Management, Pricing, Rebates, Chargebacks, and
- Memberships.
- Lead business discussions and requirement gathering workshops
- with Commercial Operations, Contracting, Pricing, Market Access, and
- Revenue Management stakeholders.
Configure and support Model N Commercial modules, including
Rebate Management
Chargeback Processing
Membership Management
Validations & Dispute Management
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical
- specifications.
- Design and support integrations with ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse,
- MDM, and other enterprise applications.
- Support contract implementation, contract and transaction data
- migration and transformation.
- Perform impact analysis and provide solution recommendations
- aligned with industry best practices.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment activities, and post-go-live
- hypercare.
- Analyze and troubleshoot pricing, rebate, chargeback,
- membership, and contract processing issues.
- Collaborate with business users, development teams, QA teams,
- and Model N product teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Model N Revenue Management for Life
Sciences (Commercial Contracting).
Deep understanding of
Commercial Contract Management
Rebates and Chargebacks
Membership Processing
Pricing Administration
- Managed Care and Government Contracting
- Channel and Distribution Management
- Experience configuring Model N business rules, workflows,
- validations, and contract processes.
- Strong SQL, data analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with data migration, system integrations, and
- reporting solutions.
- Ability to prepare business requirements, functional design
- documents, and solution specifications.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication
- skills.
