Support the planning of CRM campaigns and programs across 6 European markets, with a clear focus on retention, loyalty, and customer value Set up and quality-check email and WhatsApp campaigns and automations in Klaviyo, from segmentation to final send Write and optimize German CRM copy for newsletters and automated flows, adapting messaging to the DACH market and our brand voice Track campaign and flow performance, and turn findings into data-driven action Help plan and run A/B tests (subject lines, CTAs, content) and roll out what works Get hands-on exposure to AI-supported tools and automation in CRM, and bring fresh ideas to the team Bring new ideas for value growth along the full customer lifecycle, from welcome to retention Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar First internship experience in CRM, email marketing, or e-commerce is a plus, but not mandatory Strong writing skills in German, with a feel for engaging, customer-focused, and on-brand copy Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a genuine interest in CRM and data-driven marketing Curious about AI and digital tools, with the drive to experiment and learn Customer-centric, proactive, and a true team player You want to make an impact in the industry of beauty, lifestyle, and female health Native-level or excellent German (C2) and strong English (B2+) are required.
