We're looking for a CRM Manager to help us turn Klaviyo and Charles into one of our strongest growth levers. You'll plan and run email and WhatsApp campaigns across 6 European markets, keep our core flows performing, and bring a data-driven, test-and-learn mindset to everything you touch. You'll report to the Team Lead CRM, working closely with the rest of the CRM team, Creative, and our Klaviyo and Charles partners. What you'll do Plan, build, and send newsletter and flow campaigns in Klaviyo across our 6 markets — from segmentation to copy to reporting Maintain and improve our core flows (welcome, post-purchase, winback, subscription) based on performance data Run A/B tests, document learnings, and roll out what works Use AI tools (e.g.
Claude, ChatGPT) as part of your daily workflow — for copy, localization, segmentation, and analysis Manage WhatsApp/CRM communication via Charles alongside email Track campaign and flow KPIs, and share clear, actionable performance insights with the team Collaborate with Creative on content and messaging that fits each market and channel 2-4 years of CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing experience in a D2C or e-commerce environment Hands-on Klaviyo expertise: campaigns, flows, segmentation, A/B testing; Shopify experience is a plus Comfortable with campaign and flow analytics — open rates, click rates, conversion, and revenue contribution Already using AI tools productively in your day-to-day work A feel for brand voice, copywriting, and tone in CRM communication Organized, hands-on, and pragmatic — you build clean processes rather than just working around messy ones Fluent German and English (C2) are required; Dutch, Italian, French, or Spanish a strong plus A modern office in the heart of Munich, with a fast-growing, passionate and ambitious team Real ownership from day one, a steep learning curve and the chance to actively shape our marketing and communications Flat hierarchies and quick decisions, so good ideas get launched fast The freedom to help shape a young, successful and fast-growing company 30 vacation days to recharge, as well as December 24th and 31st off An extra benefit of your choice, such as the Deutschlandticket or Wellpass A laptop with the operating system of your choice Regular team events and lunches together A great work culture with a friendly team and an open, positive feedback culture.
