Senior Software Engineer – Experimentation & Conversion Optimization (Remote)
Role
Build systems thattrack user behavior and run large-scale A/B / multivariate experimentsto improve landing page conversion for high-volume traffic.
Responsibilities
- Implement event tracking and behavioral analytics (clicks, scroll, session replay)
- Build and maintain experimentation pipelines (A/B tests, variant routing)
- Integrate tools likePostHogorGrowthBook
- Create dashboards and data pipelines for experiment results
- Work with marketing teams to deploy landing page variants quickly
Requirements
Required Skills
- StrongJavaScript / TypeScriptand modern web frameworks
- Experience withanalytics instrumentation and event tracking
- Knowledge ofA/B testing and experimentation frameworks
•SQL + basic data analysis
- Familiarity withfrontend performance and web experimentation
