About the Role

You will be assisting and working on live leadership hiring mandates across: Facilities Management (FM), Real Esate, Financial services, Corporate & Industrial Services, manufacturing etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research & talent mapping for senior roles
• Identify and approach relevant candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
• Assist in screening and evaluating candidates
• Prepare candidate summaries and reports for clients
• Work closely with senior consultants on live mandates
• Take ownership of specific hiring assignments over time

Reality of the Role

• You will be expected to learn quickly and take ownership
• You will work on real deadlines and live client requirements
• Feedback will be direct and performance-driven
• This is a fast-paced, high-learning environment, not a classroom
