Summary

• The ServiceNow Technical Consultant is responsible
• for using the NOW platform to manage assets and having knowledge of IT Asset Management.
• You will be an essential technical resource to develop client solutions, track
• the contractual, financial, and inventory details of hardware/devices
• throughout the lifecycle. You will also track non-IT assets within the company.
• The assets the candidate will manage and update are key to client work flow, so
• it is key that they have experience with ServiceNow asset management, and
• development experience within ServiceNow.

Duties

• Build integrations to 3rd party platforms
• using Scripted REST API’s
• Develop custom applications to
• meet customer business requirements
• Write/create advanced custom
• business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL’s, data
• policies, UI scripts.
• Troubleshoot production issues
• independently and remediate
• Participate in scrum ceremonies
• Deliver measurable, positive
• results within the client and team’s timeline resulting in positive feedback
• from clients
• Obtain new ServiceNow
• certifications

Requirements

Qualifications/Experience

• 3+ years of experience with the
• ServiceNow platform
• 2+ years of experience with
• ServiceNow asset management
• Knowledge of ServiceNow
• Discovery and CMDB
• Experience with JavaScript JavaScript,

HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Bootstrap

ServiceNow certifications as an

Implementation Specialist, and Administration

Minimum

Education

High School Diploma/GED –

Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred

Required

Certifications

• No required certifications.
• SAP, SAFe, CSM certifications
• desired.

• Must be US Citizen
• Must have Active DoD Secret
• clearance or Ability to Obtain it
• Willingness to be on-site daily
