Technical Lead

• HyTechPro is looking for a skilled Salesforce Associate Project Manager / Project Manager to oversee projects developed by our business on various Salesforce platforms.
• Salesforce Associate Project manager / Project Manager will be skilled in managing projects for Salesforce Sales Cloud, NPSP cloud / Fonteva Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud etc.
• Candidate must have Salesforce Admin Certification and have experience as Senior Salesforce Administrator for global clients.

Requirements

• Experience in SFDC Automation tools like Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules.
• Good knowledge in designing custom objects, fields, dynamic page layouts, custom labels, and building reports.
• Experience in data migration & integration using Data Loader.
• Follow Agile methodology involving onsite and offshore coordination.
• Good experience in addressing problems, investigating causes and implementing successful resolutions.
• Coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
• Must be able to facilitate internal and external communication effectively.
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
