• Job Summary: The ERP Technical Team Lead will be responsible
• for leading the technical aspects of Epicor ERP projects, guiding a team of
• developers, and ensuring seamless project delivery. The role demands hands-on
• experience in Epicor ERP development, with expertise in BPMs (Business Process
• Management), BAQs (Business Activity Queries), and comprehensive project
• management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Team: Manage and mentor a team of ERP

developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

• ERP Solution Design and Development: Develop and customize

Epicor ERP solutions using BPMs and BAQs to meet business needs.

• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee ERP

projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.

• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to

gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Technical Oversight: Provide technical leadership during

development, testing, and implementation phases.

• Best Practices and Documentation: Ensure all development

work adheres to best practices and is thoroughly documented.

• Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex technical

issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest

features of Epicor ERP and recommend enhancements to improve system performance

and efficiency.

• Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to

end-users and junior developers, facilitating knowledge transfer within the

team.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: 6-8 years of proven experience in ERP

development and implementation, with a significant focus on Epicor ERP.

• Certifications: Epicor ERP certifications or equivalent

training would be an advantage.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,

Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
