You model processes, data flows, and system interactions to create the foundation for scalable solutions—contributing to the continuous evolution of our analysis and development workflows. You actively drive product development and process optimization with enough creative freedom to truly make an impact.
You act as the vital link, bringing external expert knowledge into the development team. You translate "business speak" into technical solutions, reducing friction and bringing two worlds together. You continuously and critically question the status quo to trigger real change and create sustainable value. You know the workflows, challenges, and opportunities of the financial industry first-hand. You have experience in analyzing and implementing requirements in an agile environment (e.g., User Stories, DevOps processes).
IT is not a foreign language to you—you have a solid understanding of software development and enjoy working at the intersection of Business and IT. You possess strong analytical thinking and the ability to convey complex issues clearly and professionally. You communicate clearly and professionally in German and English, both written and spoken. You work independently, are solution-oriented, and bring a natural "Challenger Mindset" to the table.
