for a Backend Developer to join our established team and help scale our

codebasetothenextlevel. Thisroleisidealforsomeonewhothrivesondesigningrobust, secure, and scalable systems.You'llfocusondeployingandmaintainingbackendapplications,buildingserver-sidelogic, ensuringhighperformanceandresponsiveness,andintegratingwithvariouswebservices. You’llalso collaborate with

front-end developers to deliver seamless end-to-endsolutions.

Whatyou’lldo

• Designing and developing back-endservicesforvariousbusiness
• processes.
• Collaborating with front-end developers for the integration of APIs.
• Do the technical design and architecture
• of APIs, components and modules.
• Developinghigh-performanceapplicationsbywritingtestable,reusable,andefficient code.
• Implementing the best security practices, coding standards.
• Lead the junior developers and mentor them.
• Dothepeercodereviewsandmentorthejuniorteammembers.
• Running diagnostic tests,repairingdefects,andprovidingtechnicalsupport.
• Documenting technical designs, architecture,
• and APIdocumentations.
• Recommending and implementing
• improvements to processes and technologies.
• KeepinginformedofadvancementsinthefieldofNode.jsandserver-side development.
• Ensuring optimal performance of the APIs, data stores in a highly dynamic environment.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

5to10yearsofoverallhands-onexperiencedseniorengineer/developerwith excellent application system design, architecture, and

development skills

ExtensiveexperienceinRESTfulAPIdevelopment

• anddatabase design.
• Atleasttwoyears'experienceasaNode.jsdeveloperandknowledgeofframeworks like
• Express, Koa etc.
• ExtensiveknowledgeofJavaScript,webstacks,libraries,andframeworks.
• WorkingknowledgeofdifferentlanguagesandframeworkslikePHP(Laravel), Python, Java is a plus.
• ExperiencedusingRedis,
• Elasticsearch,Cassandraand SQLdatabases.
