About the role

• The Roundglass Foundation is seeking
• a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the Impact Analysis
• project. This role involves working closely with program leads and stakeholders
• to design and implement analytics-driven solutions that showcase the
• effectiveness of the Foundation's programs. The ideal candidate will possess
• strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with BI tools, and the ability to
• create intuitive scorecards, define KPIs, and dashboards that represent the
• Foundation's impact.

What you’ll do

·Developing Impact

• Measurement Frameworks: Design and implement robust frameworkstotrackandquantifytheimpactoffoundationprograms,includingkey
• performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the organization's mission and
• goals.

·Data

• Collection and Analysis: Manage the collection and analysis of data from
• surveys,MISDatafromchangemakers,volunteers,coordinators,beneficiaries,and
• otherrelevantdatasourcestounderstandtheeffectivenessofprogramsandidentify
• areas for improvement.
• ·ImpactReporting:Preparecomprehensivereportsforthefoundation'sexecutives, stakeholders, donors and the public detailing the
• impact of foundation activities, including qualitative and quantitative data
• ·ScorecardDevelopment:Deviseandimplementscorecardsanddashboardsto visually represent program outcomes and the Foundation's
• overall work.
• ·KPIDefinition:HelpdefineandmeasureKPIsandindicatorstotrackprogram effectiveness.
• ·BusinessProcessModeling:Analyzeanddocumentbusinessprocessesto streamline
• workflows and improve efficiency.
• ·UI/UX Design for dashboards: Design and
• enhance the user experience of dashboards&reports,ensuringintuitivenavigationandcleardatarepresentation.
• Help in visualization, prototyping to provide the rich user experience.
• ·StakeholderCollaboration:Workcloselywithprogramleads,stakeholders,and cross-functional teams to capture
• requirements, prepare release roadmaps and define solutions.

·PresentationsandReporting:Prepareanddelivercompellingpresentationsand

reports for stakeholders and leadership.

·Hands-onBITools:LeverageBItoolstocreateactionableinsightsanddata visualizations.

·Release

Management: Collaborate with technical team to manage the releases throughJIRA,preparetherequirementdocumentation,dothechangemanagement and deliver the high-quality

work.

• ·Proven5to8years’experienceasaProductManagerinbusinessanalytics,impact evaluation, or a related domain.
