We are seeking a senior, commercially minded Product Manager to join our Corporate Business Development team to lead data commercialisation and distribution across our property portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to turn Cotality’s trusted data and property intelligence into scalable, revenue-generating digital products that customers can seamlessly embed within their own workflows, systems, and platforms across Australia and New Zealand.

You are a strategic, outcome-focused product leader who excels at translating complex data offerings into clear, repeatable commercial propositions. You thrive in an environment where commercial discipline, customer discovery, and scalable distribution models are paramount, balancing immediate client opportunities with long-term portfolio growth.

What You Will Be Doing

Commercial Growth & Strategy: Own revenue, pricing models, channel economics, and growth priorities across API, bulk distribution, and directly managed data propositions.

Proposition Ownership & Lifecycle: Define product roadmaps, market readiness, and lifecycle management, replacing fragmented, bespoke setups with reusable data offerings.

Customer Journey & Self-Service: Shape developer portal requirements, product documentation, and onboarding pathways so clients can easily discover, evaluate, and access data products through self-service.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and Segment Leads on customer discovery, collaborate with Technical Product Managers and Engineering on delivery readiness, and align with Legal and Data Governance on permitted-use and licensing frameworks.

Job Qualifications

What You Will Bring

Essential

• 7+ years of B2B Product Management experience with end-to-end ownership of customer-facing products from discovery and strategy through to launch and lifecycle management.
• Proven commercial results in pricing, packaging, business case development, and portfolio performance management backed by direct customer engagement.
• Practical experience commercialising data or integrated digital products, with a solid working knowledge of API and bulk data distribution, access models, and permitted-use considerations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage customer transitions or migrations, and align diverse teams without formal authority.
• Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to lead customer discovery discussions and articulate technical and commercial value to varied audiences.

Preferred

• Prior experience working with property data, developer portals, or self-service digital platforms.
