Talent Acquisition Partner - Restoration

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Cotton, you will use creativity, strategic recruiting vision, and strong organizational skills to manage full-cycle recruitment for professional and general labor roles supporting disaster recovery and property restoration operations. You will source, identify, and secure top talent for leadership and specialized positions at our headquarters and for field-based storm response and restoration projects. You will also serve as a backup for general labor hiring, ensuring we can mobilize quality candidates quickly when events demand it. Because much of our workforce is Spanish-speaking, you will recruit and communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
