Do you love recruiting, stay on top of multiple processes at the same time, and ensure that candidates feel professionally and respectfully supported from their very first interaction? Then become part of our HR team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage our recruiting processes operationally, work closely with hiring managers, and contribute to positioning our company as an attractive employer. You will report directly to the Head of HR and take responsibility for delivering a professional candidate experience – from the job posting through to candidate feedback.
Create compelling, target-group-specific job advertisements and support the attractive positioning of our company as an employer. Independently coordinate recruiting processes from application receipt and screening through candidate communication and the scheduling of interviews, online tests, and assessment centers. Act as a central point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and HR, ensuring clear and reliable communication throughout the process.
Support active sourcing activities and approach suitable candidates in a professional and engaging manner. Reliably maintain candidate statuses and recruiting processes in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and contribute to its further development. As part of our growing HR team, you also support HR activities beyond recruitment when needed – for example, by covering for colleagues during annual leave. You have several years of practical experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a comparable role and have independently managed recruiting processes.
Your formal educational background is secondary – what matters is your recruiting experience, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities. You have experience in active sourcing and, ideally, have worked in a similarly dynamic or process-driven business environment. You are confident in writing engaging content in German, communicate fluently in German, and have a good command of English. You work in a structured, discreet, and reliable manner, know how to prioritize, and remain organized even when working with multiple stakeholders.
You are confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel. You take ownership, contribute ideas constructively, and work collaboratively, loyally, and with a solution-oriented mindset as part of a team. We are growing – and you will grow with us. In this role, you will take responsibility for recruiting processes, work closely with the Head of HR and our hiring managers, and help shape how we attract new talent to our company.
You can expect short decision-making processes, a high degree of autonomy, a varied working environment, and plenty of room for pragmatic ideas. At the same time, you will be part of a team that values reliability, mutual support, and a professional and collaborative working environment.
