Salesforce & MuleSoft Manager

DeterTech's purpose is giving greater peace of mind to people and communities, every day – and our CRM and integration platforms are central to how we deliver on that promise for our customers. This role owns the Salesforce & Integration function from a people, capacity, operational and management perspective, building a well-structured, motivated team as it grows. The Salesforce & MuleSoft Manager will work closely with the Salesforce & MuleSoft Technical Delivery Manager, who owns technical delivery planning, so that people, capacity and delivery plans stay aligned.

This is a foundational hire for the function and will be closely involved in recruiting and shaping the rest of the team. This is a remote role, although we value regular face-to-face collaboration. We would ideally like someone who can attend our Telford office around once a week if based locally , or a couple of office visits per month for those based further afield.
