DeterTech's purpose is giving greater peace of mind to people and communities, every day, and that depends on data flowing reliably between the systems that run our business. This role adds dedicated integration capability and resilience to the MuleSoft side of the Salesforce & Integration team, supporting integrations and workflows across DeterTech's core business systems. You will build and support the API connections and event flows linking Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service, our Alarm Receiving Centre software and manufacturing and finance platforms.
Working as a trusted technical partner alongside the Integration Lead, you will share operational ownership of our integration pipelines—eliminating single points of failure and ensuring business-critical data flows continue running smoothly during project surges and periods of annual leave.
