QA/Test Analyst

DeterTech's purpose is giving greater peace of mind to people and communities, every day – and that starts with trusting that the systems behind our products work as they should. This role provides dedicated, structured testing across Salesforce, integrations and other IT systems, so that changes are released with confidence rather than relying on technical staff to test their own work. As the team's delivery capacity grows, this role removes the need for developers and administrators to coordinate and execute all testing themselves, freeing them to focus on building and supporting the platform.

You will act as the quality champion across our core business systems—verifying changes across Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service, MuleSoft APIs, business systems finance, manufacturing, and data connections with our Alarm Receiving Centre platform before features reach our teams and customers.
